2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products FairBest Marketing Awards Programme
1. Objectives
Under the leadership and guidance of IPIM and the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, the Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair has become an annual city-wide event combining sales and carnival festivities over 17 successful years. Relying on the solid manufacturing base and excellent product quality of Guangdong and Macao, the Fair has won wide acclaim from enterprises, consumers and buyers at home and abroad. As times move forward, the Fair continues to improve its standards and services to promote more quality Guangdong and Macao products, encourage enterprises to value brand marketing, and organise diverse brand marketing activities. Last year’s award received strong support and active participation from exhibitors, with 12 finalists from Guangdong and Macao, and the event was successfully concluded.
This year the Fair will continue the “2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair Best Marketing Awards”. Besides introducing more quality Guangdong and Macao products to the public, the awards will recognise exhibitors’ active and quality marketing initiatives, making the Fair a starting point for expanding brand influence and an important platform for developing quality brands in Guangdong and Macao.
2. Basic Information
(1) Organisers: Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province
(2) Implementer: Creation Advertising Ltd.
(3) Eligibility: All exhibitors of the 2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair
(4) Registration period: From now until 15 July
(5) Selection process: Two stages — preliminary selection and final on-site evaluation
(6) How to apply: Complete the registration form and return it to [email protected], or register online on the Fair website (URL: TBC)
3. Preliminary Selection
(1) Exhibitors must submit a company profile, marketing plan for the year, and promotional images of product packaging and brand image design. The implementer will review submissions and score all applicants according to the criteria.
(2) To improve on-site efficiency, only the top 20 scorers in the preliminary round may enter the final on-site evaluation. If some of the top 20 fail to reach the 60-point pass mark, the organiser may reduce the number of finalists.
(3) To encourage exhibitors to invite trade visitors, B2B trade visitor promotion effectiveness will also be scored. Each successfully invited trade visitor who scans the exhibitor’s QR code and completes a brief form at the Fair earns 1 point, up to a maximum of 15 points.
(4) The list of finalists will be announced on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.
4. Final — On-site Evaluation
(1) One judge each from IPIM, the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and the implementer (three in total) will conduct on-site scoring.
(2) Finalists will present their products, brand stories and marketing activities to the judges on Saturday, 8 August 2026 at the Fair.
(3) The jury will select 2 Special Jury Prizes and 18 Best Marketing Awards.

6. Awards & Prizes
Note: Media exposure may include announcements on the Fair website and Facebook, the “Macao MICE” WeChat account, newspapers, and possible media interviews.
7. Award Ceremony
(1) To be held concurrently with the Best Marketing Awards presentation.
(2) Date: Sunday, 9 August 2026 (TBC)
(3) Venue: Main stage of the 2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair
(4) The awards ceremony will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on 9 August (programme subject to change).
8. Notes for Exhibitors
(1) Incomplete or incorrect registration forms not corrected by 15 July 2026 will be deemed withdrawn; no evaluation will be conducted and no objection will be accepted.
(2) Finalists requiring amendments or supplementary materials must provide files or download links by 31 July 2026.
(3) Exhibitors must provide detailed information for public reporting and display.
(4) Exhibitors are solely responsible for any false information or infringement of trademarks, patents or copyrights. Organisers and the implementer accept no liability.
(5) Exhibitors agree that the implementer may use submitted images, text and videos for promotional materials related to the awards.
(6) In case of dispute, the organisers and implementer reserve the final decision.
